Crazy! Another Gorge season wraps up and whatta way to end it! This was Dave Matthews Band's 8th year and 25th show but only our 3rd annual trip down to see him at the Gorge and what a trip it was. Camping was insanely busy, after cruising the field for what felt like forever, we squeezed the car thru a walkway and found space to camp! I didn’t have my die hard DMB buddy to dance it up with me but still had a blast! DMB was remarkable as usual with lively crowds and diverse sets. We were there for the 2nd show which included the following setlist:

I think the best part for me this year was probably Dancing Nancies or maybe Grace Is Gone, I admit I had to hold back the tears during that one, I love it! Or how bout Crash Into Me, oh and Ants Marching of course...and Rapunzel, I’m not sure I had heard that one live before, actually maybe a couple years ago…anywho…it was epic and a great close to an amazing show! Ok so I loved the whole thing, big surprise! I didn't get to hear all my favs, but with that many great hits how can he play them all...i woulda killed for some Watchtower but night 3 got that one! You get what you get and it was amazing, simply amazing. The people were awesome too, the DMB crowd is one of a kind, everyone is your friend and always willing to sing & dance with your drunk ass. No high-five tunnel this year, but Starchuk did take part in a 400 strong camp site crawl and I finally bought a t-shirt! Next year it’s all about the whole weekend for sure, each night is so different you gotta see them all to get the whole experience! Can’t wait till 2007!!
